We do not guarantee server uptime or transaction success time. However, in the event of a technical issue resulting in a double charge, we will refund the second charge without interest or additional fees.

- Refunds: Reversal of duplicate charges paid online will be processed within 45 days or as per the terms and conditions of the payment gateway. We are not responsible for any delays in the reversal process.
